This stay is proposed to you to discover our authentic territory, preserved and full of wealth... all this on an electrically assisted bicycle! A change of scenery guaranteed through vineyards and olive trees . The ideal is to start your stay on Tuesday, to be able to take full advantage of the visits and the weekly Friday morning market in Lourmarin.

DAY 1 : Welcome to the hotel and to the South Luberon

In the early afternoon, go to the Hôtel Le Mas Du Colombier***, your charming hotel with the "Accueil Vélo" label. Our hotel is on a human scale and has 17 rooms. Thanks to our professional experience, we do our utmost to offer you a quality stay. You will be seduced by the peace and quiet of our hotel in the South of France Luberon.

First of all, start your stay by a little fitness training with a visit to the village of Cadenet on foot from the hotel! Go to the top of the village to discover the site of the castle and its remains. The panorama is breathtaking and will stimulate your "sight": look out over the Alpilles, the Sainte Victoire and the Durance valley.

Then, continue with a visit to the Museum of Basketry, which bears witness to the history of the village around this skill.

Finally, on your return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay in our comfortable and spacious superior rooms.

DAY 2 : Land and freshness of the South Luberon - Cucuron and the Etang de la Bonde (50 km)

The second day of your cycling trip in Luberon will allow you to discover our landscapes, shaped by our land.

After a good and complete breakfast, take possession of your electric bikes to start visiting our region by bike. Take the direction of Cucuron by following the cycle route "Le Pays d'Aigues à Vélo".

On the outskirts of the village of Cadenet, stop at the Bastide du Laval, an organic olive oil mill. Visit the olive grove, discover the world of olives followed by a tasting of their oils which will appeal to your " sense of taste ". Free and guided visits at 10:30 am or free visit the rest of the time. Thanks to our partnership, the delivery of your purchases made in the shop of the Bastide du Laval is free at the Hotel.

Then continue your cycling trip in the Luberon, towards the village of Cucuron. Discover its famous basin, its church and its ramparts. Possible meal in Cucuron (picnic option prepared by the hotel).

Once the visit of this small Provencal village is over, continue your road towards Sannes and the pond of Bonde. A walk is possible around the pond. The soothing setting also invites you to take a little nap, lulled by the sound of the wind, the birds or the cicadas.

Go back in the direction of Cucuron, then join the domain of La Cavale to discover another aspect of our land: the wine. A guided tour of the cellar is included in your stay as well as a tasting of their wines. Taste and smell are in the spotlight! During your discovery, take the opportunity to recharge the batteries of your bikes at La Cavale thanks to the chargers provided free of charge.

DAY 3 : The villages of the South Luberon - Ansouis and Lauris (35 km)

Get your strength back with the quality breakfast buffet served at the Hotel Le Mas Du Colombier. (A continental breakfast formula is served in your room as long as the sanitary measures closing the restaurants are in force).

To continue your cycling trip in Luberon, we suggest youget on your bikes and follow the "Pays d'Aigues à vélo" route. Discover the richness of our preserved territory, its landscapes and its villages: Villelaure and Ansouis.

On the agenda today is a visit to Ansouis, a village labelled as "the most beautiful village in France". You can visit the castle and the extraordinary museum. Lunch possible in Ansouis or picnic basket prepared by the hotel.

To continue and especially for the greedy, you can push your road to the Art Glacier, located between Ansouis and La Tour d'Aigues (+12km round trip). This master ice cream maker for 3 generations, offers ice creams and sorbets out of the ordinary, with a breathtaking view on the Luberon : the view and the taste are the key words !

End of Day 3: "extension" for sportsmen

Return to the hotel at Cadenet. For the more courageous who would like to finish the day by discovering another Provencal village, you can pedal another 7 kilometres to Lauris. No doubt you will be seduced by this perched village offering a magnificent view of the Durance valley from the terraces of the Château. Possibility to visit the Conservatory Garden of Tinctorial Plants (supplement 6.00€ per person). Allow a total of 15 additional kilometers to make the round trip from Lauris to Cadenet. Return to the hotel after a beautiful day of discoveries. Dinner on site.

DAY 4 : Morning in one of the most beautiful villages of France.

Last day of your cycling trip in the Luberon. This morning after a hearty breakfast, take your bikes to Lourmarina village with a label "Most beautiful village in France". On Friday mornings, a pretty Provencal market is held in the square and in the village. Whatever the day of the week, the discovery of Lourmarin also requires a sense of "touch": heaven is at your fingertips!

Stroll through the small pedestrian streets typical of Provence, visit its famous castle or the tomb of Albert Camus.

Return to the Hotel Le Mas Du Colombier to drop off the bikes for 14:00.
